Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on bycinder.com, operated by SCL Digitals Marketing LLC (doing business as By Cinder).

Fulfillment and Supply Chain
To deliver our products directly to your doorstep, items are shipped directly from our third-party supplier warehouses located in China.

Processing Time
* Order Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days.
Orders are processed, verified, and dispatched from the warehouse within 2 to 4 business days following payment authorization (excluding weekends and official holidays).

Delivery Time
* Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery to destinations within the United States takes between 7 and 14 business days. Total estimated fulfillment time (processing plus transit) ranges from 9 to 18 business days. Please note that transit times may occasionally experience minor delays due to customs procedures or carrier factors outside of our direct control.

Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items within a single transaction, your goods may be dispatched in separate packages from different fulfillment centers in China. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking updates for each package.

Customs, Tariffs, and Import Fees
All products shipped from our overseas suppliers cross international borders. Any applicable customs duties, import tariffs, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your local government or customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, a tracking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
